Raised a Manitoba farm kid, this journeyman mechanic morphed into equipment sales & regional managment before launching a successful asphalt maintenance company. Ten+ years later,  a solid reputation garnished a buy-out offer which couldn't be ignored.  Since then, Lawrence has maintained his wise-guy attitude, mix-bag of white & blue collar skills & expanded his knack for helping others to make noise. Blue-collar to the core, he's managed to bring Canuck brands into the American market & he boosts blue collar brands exclusively. "Blue collar doesn't mean you're unprofessional. Younger, faster .. better.  Although the junior, Tanner isn't burdoned by antiquated habits that no longer work. With a creative insight that accompanies Lawrence's experience, it's Tanner who provides the balance needed to remain relevant.   Designing & photography & shop project build-outs are Tanner's thing. Yes, he's learning a few stragegic things from the "old man", but he's 100%  the asset which ensures customers get what matters today & tomorrow.
